Life into days or days into lives?
The reason we practice our techniques in turns so we can take turn being a winner and loser and that way we can also better learn the weak and strong parts of techniques. Practice so much that you can forget them.
In good training we generate wisdom and compassion that way we can cultivate peace in your own life in order for you to be able to share and enrich others.
Show gratitude and be thankful and don’t let your ego step in the path of your chance for knowledge or even a chance for a grasp at wisdom.
Think of the world as your dojo but your mind as the place to practice. Sacrificing training over other things we would like to do is like raising children or relationships, one must realize that the end result if done properly the rewards we be incomparable. Do everything you do as if it the last thing on earth you will do that way you will make it better, richer and more important. Do not look back at the end of the day as it was the same as yesterday or last week or that it will be the same as tomorrow. Look at each day as if is unique and will never happen again. Make each moment special and wonderful to savor and cherish and if you do then the special things like being with people you care about or special things you like to do will be even better and have a more wonderful meaning. If you just look as one day the same as the next then the great parts of that day like laughter with friends or family or a great meal will have no meaning and be over soon without another thought.
Do not count your life into days but your days into lives.
