Meditation

Meditation is something that we all do but few realize its potential and value.  In martial arts we call kata or form, moving meditation and practiced properly it is done without thought or with no mind which gives our body freer movement and gives our mind peace.  For sitting meditation as most people do it should be turning your thoughts inward and listening to your own senses just to attempt to feel a calmness and peace within you.  That is why when you call the name of God it should echo inside you.

With time and development of meditation or inward prayer your warrior spirit will be able to vanquish fear, balance and center yourself and develop courage in times of turmoil.
