Falling techniques, front, back, sides, forward and backward

Guard

Half mount

Hip escape, on back, push one leg up, roll to side, then back on back with both knees bent and feet together

Turn on all fours, bring one knee up, slide other knee up and roll over on knees and elbows

Crab to toes and hands and back

On back and roll to side

On back and roll on shoulders having feet over your head touching ground as you roll from one shoulder to next

Triangle drill while lying on back with knees bent and bringing feet up over your head then place one foot in back of other knee

Partner drill, guard replacement while lying on back with partner standing at your head, grab your partner’s ankles as you bring your legs up and cross legs and going around the thighs of your partner, let go of ankles and turn body to guard position facing partner

Partner drill 2, same as one but using one leg

Back to back push ups

Shoulder down mount

Shoulder down going to guard

Technique #1

As opponent pulls your shoulder down to take you to mount turn your body hard in the direction you are being thrown as you bring your arm up hooking your opponent’s shoulder and pulling him down on his chest turning your body on your stomach trapping your opponent’s arm into an arm bar

Technique #2 forearm scissors choke

#3 headlock which pulling shoulder and slipping hand around neck do

#4double X choke with gi

#5 double X choke while doing a shoulder down to side guard bring leg that opponent would fall on up to triangle choke

#6 gi slip choke
